Whole-Roasted Butternut Squash Hack
Let the oven work its magic: a whole butternut turns sweet, tender, and beautifully golden.
Skip the struggle of cutting raw squash. Roast it whole until tender, then slice it open, scoop out the seeds, and peel away the skin. Mash the soft flesh and season it to your liking, or use it as a silky base for soups, curries, and more.
