All the comforting cinnamon-and-vanilla flavours of a South African milk tart, reimagined as a creamy oat breakfast with a silky amasi topping.
Inspired by the flavours of traditional South African milk tart (melktert), this comforting breakfast combines toasted oats and almond flour, gently simmered with milk, cinnamon and vanilla until beautifully creamy.
